Select the job type and customer before building the estimate.
Customers are stored in the CRM. A new customer entered here will be saved automatically when the estimate is saved.
The form adapts to the selected service. These are estimating inputs, not engineering specifications.
Internal costs only. These numbers are excluded from the customer proposal.
Examples: excavator × 3 days, skid steer × 12 hours, wood chipper × 1 day. Add permanent equipment and pricing from the Equipment section.
Overhead is calculated as hourly overhead rate × overhead hours. Overhead hours automatically follow the longest crew shift until you edit them manually.
Create any labor position—climber, crane operator, irrigation technician, mason, etc.—from Workforce.
Add materials from your company catalog. Quantities and prices remain editable for this estimate.
Missing something? Open the Materials section in the left menu and add it to your permanent catalog.
Describe the work in field language, then generate a polished executive proposal.
Choose markup or target margin, then review profitability before sending.
Save customers and properties once, then reuse them in future estimates.
Create the positions and hourly internal costs used by estimates and projects.
Add workers and assign each one a labor role.
Assign work days, rest days, projects, reporting times and preparation notes. Employees see this schedule in the mobile app.
Schedule approved work, assign crews, track clock-ins, record actual job costs and monitor profitability while the project is active.
Mobile field view for assigned work, time punches, breaks and daily updates.
Review paid hours, corrections and approvals. Break time is deducted from paid hours.
Add a missing or corrected entry. Every correction stores who/when/reason in the audit trail.
Track draft, sent, viewed, approved and declined proposals.
Create your own material price book. Every company can maintain different costs and markups.

Email and AI credentials are configured only in Railway Variables. Company export downloads a JSON copy of this company's synchronized business data; it does not replace PostgreSQL infrastructure backups.
